How It Works
Step 1: Book a Free Connection Call
This is a low-pressure conversation where we’ll talk about what you’re carrying, where you feel stuck, and what you’re looking for. I’ll also walk you through how breathwork and somatic coaching work together.
Step 2: Personalized Coaching Plan
If we decide to work together, I’ll build a coaching plan around your current state and goals. We’ll start with breath awareness and nervous system regulation, then expand into emotional exploration and the five pillars of transformation: Mind, Body, Emotions, Purpose, and Connections.
Step 3: Weekly Sessions + Daily Integration
We’ll meet once a week (virtually or hybrid if you’re local) for a guided coaching session that includes breathwork, somatic tools, and reflective coaching. You’ll also get practices to explore between sessions—small, sustainable steps that build momentum.
Step 4: Lasting Transformation
This isn’t about a temporary fix. It’s about rewiring how you respond to stress, how you relate to yourself and others, and how you lead your life. By the end of our time together, you’ll have tools you can return to for life.

What if I’ve never done breathwork before?
Perfect. No experience is necessary. I’ll guide you from the ground up—starting with awareness and simple breathing techniques—so you’re never overwhelmed.
Is this therapy?
No. I’m not a licensed therapist. My coaching is somatic and breath-based, meaning we focus on what's happening in your body and breath in the present moment. It complements therapy but is not a substitute for it.
Is this only for men?
Yes. My coaching is specifically designed for men who are ready to explore their inner world, navigate emotional stress, and lead from a place of grounded strength.
What if I don’t feel anything when I breathe?
That’s okay—and very common. Many men are so used to being in a state of stress or numbness that they’ve lost touch with sensation. Breathwork helps reconnect you to your body slowly and safely.
