If you are not completely satisfied with any purchase we offer a hassle-free return process. You may return the item within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days. You will receive a notification once the refund has been processed. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange item for a different size or style, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the original item and send out the exchange once the return is received and inspected.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received was incorrect or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of higher value. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Defective or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return and send out a replacement item at no additional cost to you.
